Refund policy

The free studio (Compass, pathways, Studio, Digital Coach) is free. Refunds apply only to paid rooms charged through Stripe. Write drcjcg@gmail.com first. Chargebacks should be a last resort.

Studio Circle ($47 / month): cancel any time from the Stripe receipt email or by writing the studio. The current month is not refunded after you have attended a session that month. If you have not attended yet, a full refund of that month is available within 7 days of the charge.

4-week pathway group ($147): full refund if you write at least 7 days before the first meeting; 50% after the first meeting and before the third; none after the third meeting.

Private coaching session ($220): full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start. A later cancel or no-show is charged.

Español: el estudio gratuito no se cobra. Círculo del estudio: el mes en curso no se reembolsa si ya asististe; si no has asistido, reembolso total dentro de 7 días. Grupo de 4 semanas: total si avisas 7 días antes; 50% después de la primera y antes de la tercera. Sesión privada: total si cancelas 24 horas antes.

The full coaching agreement is the contract for paid rooms.
